Product Operations Intern

About the role

Join the Product Operations (B2B) team at 99Food, a leading food‑delivery platform in Brazil. As a Product Operations Intern you will help the team understand restaurant partners, the food‑delivery market, and translate insights into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research with partner restaurants through supervised interviews, field visits, and surveys, then synthesize observations into clear summaries.
• Improve internal operational knowledge about merchants by applying frameworks, coordinating interviews, and producing reports for product managers.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives on merchant quality and product enhancements, contributing early input to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and team OKRs.
• Utilise spreadsheets, slide decks, AI tools, and proprietary platforms to structure data, uncover insights, and communicate findings creatively.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ownership, balancing quality with speed.
• Critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and proactive attitude, able to separate noise from meaningful insights.
• Ability to produce concise, visually polished documents and clear narratives.
