Product Quality Engineer

About the role

As a Product Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the quality, safety and regulatory compliance of products that contain significant software components, from development through post‑market activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure new designs and software changes meet all required standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, verify and transfer design and software changes into production, collaborating with Software Engineering, Test Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and other stakeholders.
• Lead risk‑management activities and ensure adherence to global regulatory processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying statistical tools and design‑for‑quality methodologies.
• Support post‑market surveillance and corrective actions to maintain product reliability and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Engineering or R&D Engineering with hands‑on validation, verification and regulatory work.
• Strong background in software test routines and experience with statistical analysis, DFQ, RCA, CAPA and risk management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Software Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
