Product Specialist Sales Manager – SME

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Specialist Sales – SME to lead the development and execution of the Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) strategy in Brazil. The role will translate market priorities into actionable solutions, drive commercialization of SME products, and partner with marketing and communications to generate demand.

Key responsibilities

• Understand market, cluster and organisational priorities and turn them into solution strategies aligned with global, regional and local objectives.
• Execute the commercialization strategy for the SME segment, covering the full sales process, sales enablement materials, training programmes, playbooks, customer events and relationship‑building initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop media campaigns, events, CRM initiatives and demand‑generation activities for the SME segment.
• Conduct market studies, deliver benchmarks and analytical tools, perform market sizing, assess customer needs and define KPIs to support the SME strategy.
• Support the development of the SME product value proposition and go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation.

Required profile

• Solid experience in financial services and/or payments, preferably with an SME focus.
• Strong commercial leadership with the ability to manage complex, multi‑country sales processes.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating client opportunities into financial impact.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented professional.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
