Production Manager – Brazil

About the role

Spotify’s Marketing team in Latin America is looking for a Production Manager based in São Paulo to lead brand‑focused production initiatives across Brazil. You will partner with creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into high‑impact video, photography, live experiences, events, digital content, and on‑platform activations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production for brand and marketing projects, from scoping and planning to final delivery.
• Oversee multiple formats including video, photography, live events, digital assets, and platform activations.
• Translate briefs into detailed production plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish intake, prioritisation, and resource‑planning structures to focus on high‑impact work.
• Build and manage relationships with production companies, vendors, directors, artists, and designers.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, estimates and ensure projects are on brief, on budget, and on time.
• Continuously improve workflows, quality standards, and delivery processes for the Brazil market.
• Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and make trade‑offs when timelines, scope, or budget compete.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading creative production in brand marketing, entertainment, music, media or cultural marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex productions from planning through execution while maintaining high quality.
• Strong track record overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of creative development processes and ability to partner with both creative and business stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering inclusive, culturally relevant work for local audiences.
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly and aligns cross‑functional teams.
