Venha trabalhar com a gente! 🚀O que você vai fazer?Participar de reunião junto ao gerente para planejar o dia e analisar resultados;Analisar o mix de produção através de leitura do relatório logístico, a fim de antecipar ações específicas;Realizar, garantir e monitorar a execução das auditorias planejadas, bem como os planos de ações gerados;Planejar ações para corrigir plano de ações de melhoria de qualidade;Participar de processo seletivo para novas vagas, através de entrevistas e testes (quando houver);Reportar resultados de produtividade através de relatórios de produção, resultados semanais e planos de ação;Analisar o mix de produção através de leitura do relatório logístico, a fim de antecipar ações específicas;Monitora indicador de desempenho, através de ramp up produção;Incentivar a equipe na abertura de Ideias e kaizens;Coordenar atividade na produção juntos aos líderes.O que a Lear espera de você?
