About the role

The school is looking for a qualified Arts Professor to plan, deliver and assess art lessons for students at Colégio Progresso Bilíngue in Itu. The role involves collaborating with academic and psychology teams to support student learning and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and email lesson plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and maintain a decorated classroom.
• Enter grades, design monthly assessments and grade student work on schedule.
• Supervise playground duties and participate in parent meetings, workshops and school events.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioral or special needs.
• Record daily attendance and manage homework boards.
• Promote student participation in sub‑committees, fairs and community service projects.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, equity and inclusion principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and intermediate‑level Microsoft Office.
