About the role

We are seeking a remote Project and Operations Specialist to coordinate multiple initiatives, streamline processes, and support cross‑functional teams. The role is contract‑based, offering $50‑$80 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects using Asana, Monday.com, and Basecamp to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams through clear written and verbal communication.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and implement operational processes that boost productivity.
• Create project documentation, status reports, and process guides for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training on project‑management tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project management and operations roles.
