Project Manager – CX & Telecom Projects

About the role

Miratech is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead technical projects in the Customer Experience (CX) and telecom space. You will be responsible for delivering both fixed‑scope and time‑and‑material engagements, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery cycle of CX and telecom projects, from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task owners, and milestones.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third‑party partners.
• Follow standard PM processes including scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and external partners.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in multicultural and distributed teams.
