Project Manager – MarTech (Agile) – Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with strong MarTech expertise to lead the execution of a multi‑year marketing technology roadmap. The role will be based in Brazil and will work closely with US teams, driving Agile delivery across marketing, data, and product squads.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog, translating marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, e‑commerce, CX, and Paid Media teams to design automated customer journeys.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and traceability in Confluence and Jira.
• Provide developers with the information they need to work efficiently.
• Ensure the Definition of Done is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder hand‑offs.
• Coordinate dependencies with other product teams to minimize risk during hand‑offs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
• Proven track record leading Agile ceremonies and teams.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels such as paid media, email, and push notifications.
• Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, Chord) and data ingestion into Braze.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
• Advanced written and spoken English for communication with US stakeholders.
