Project Manager – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise‑level IT initiatives remotely from Brazil. You will oversee data, infrastructure and application development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget while coordinating globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 concurrent high‑risk IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Drive delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or hybrid) and facilitate ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, timelines and risk registers, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all levels.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes and support organizational change initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of enterprise project management experience handling large, high‑risk IT projects in a global environment.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle, budgets and multiple concurrent streams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and SAFe.
