Project Shipping Analyst

About the role

The Project Shipping Analyst will join Thales' São Bernardo do Campo unit in a hybrid work model. Reporting to the Head of PMO and dotted‑line to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the shipment of project items to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and plan transportation needs based on production flows and project requirements.
• Act as the main interface between project teams, operations, and forwarding agents.
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including contractual, import/export, and regulatory papers.
• Execute shipments, track progress, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs and invoicing checks; resolve disputes and implement action plans.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and propose process improvements.
• Support Project Managers with logistics and handling equipment for field activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, back‑to‑back operations and Brazilian customs export procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project.
