Prompt Engineer – Conversational Designer (Portuguese)

About the role

We are expanding our Prompt Engineering team and need a Conversational Designer who will create and refine Portuguese‑language prompts for AI agents. You will work remotely across Europe, turning business processes into effective dialogue flows that power real‑world applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client‑side business processes by reviewing internal instructions, conversation recordings, and transcripts.
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes.
• Create training and test data sets for LLM‑driven agents.
• Develop and apply quality‑assessment methodologies and continuously refine agent performance.

Required profile

• Native Portuguese speaker with native‑level fluency.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail.
• Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in production settings.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end conversational flows, including intent mapping, dialogue trees, and fallback handling; RASA experience is a strong plus.
• Background in business process analysis and strong written communication skills for production‑level bot copy.
