Recruiter – Brazil Market

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network and needs a driven Recruiter to lead operations in Brazil. You will be the public face of the platform in the country, building relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and top employers while growing our community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform across Brazil.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute a Brazil‑specific growth strategy for the recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups and professional conferences in Brazil.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Brazil, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals or recruiters in Brazil.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with digital networking applications.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 per year.
