Recruiter – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

Darkroom is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and more. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers to execute full‑cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to team goals.
• Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience through consistent communication and strong process management.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby, supporting hiring operations and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth or digital‑first environment.
• Proven ability to hire for Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other cross‑functional roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred; Rippling/Notion a plus).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
