Recruiter / Talent Sourcer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Sagan Recruitment is looking for a proactive Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to join its remote team. You will focus on sourcing qualified candidates for plumbing and other skilled‑trade positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified plumbing and skilled‑trade candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry platforms and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, fit and alignment with hiring criteria.
• Evaluate candidates using structured rubrics and prepare concise summaries for leadership review.
• Submit 5–10 screened candidates each week to maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the early hiring stages.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing or candidate screening.
• Experience sourcing for skilled‑trade, blue‑collar or field‑service roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with structured hiring processes, scorecards and evaluation criteria.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
