Recruiting Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Specialist to join our global talent acquisition team. Working 100% remotely, you will collaborate with multicultural teams across the Americas and help drive our strategic hiring objectives for fast‑growing software development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs.
• Plan alternative recruitment scenarios and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
• Design and validate best practices for sourcing, screening, and selecting IT and business professionals.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve selection efficiency, methods, and technology.
• Prepare regular reports and metrics on recruitment performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of the IT market, including development and business roles.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication.
