About the role
The Region Manager will own the growth engine for a defined territory, driving top‑line sales while protecting profitability. You will build and lead relationships with retailers, distributors and broker partners, translating corporate vision into actionable business strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies with senior distributor leadership.
- Manage day‑to‑day distributor relationships, joint business planning and performance reviews.
- Support senior trade development managers on KPIs, priorities and recruitment.
- Lead distributor incentives and ensure the energy portfolio remains a top priority.
- Create joint key‑account activation calendars and ensure alignment.
- Oversee field execution standards, POS displays, KPI tracking, new product development and distribution.
- Maintain open communication with distributors to share standards, best practices and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in retail, broker and distributor sales environments.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI data, POS and inventory reports.
