Regional Senior Finance Director – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Senior Finance Director for Latin America to lead all financial operations across the LATAM market for Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation Entertainment. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, LATAM and the CFO, you will act as a strategic partner, driving financial performance, governance and support for growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Vice President to shape regional strategy, growth projects and operational excellence.
• Provide financial insights, modeling and scenario analysis for investment decisions, market expansion and new business initiatives.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for all LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global standards.
• Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances and lead corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, maintain strong internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Drive the centralisation of financial data and reporting in collaboration with the LATAM strategy team.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience in a multi‑country environment, preferably within the entertainment or ticketing industry.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of regional accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
