Remote Qualitative Project Assistant (French Speaking)

About the role

This remote position supports M3 Global Research in delivering high‑quality qualitative market‑research projects for healthcare clients. The assistant works closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects meet client specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit French‑speaking respondents from panels and free‑find sources, conduct calls, confirm eligibility, and update recruitment spreadsheets.
• Manage and monitor vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and verify deliverables from vendors before they are sent to the client.
• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers and track progress against project milestones.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners on behalf of M3 Global Research.
• Occasionally liaise directly with clients under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in market research, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
• Fluent French language skills for respondent interaction and documentation.
