Remote Translation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Translation Project Manager to oversee multiple language‑related projects for our healthcare research division. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, language professionals and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several translation and transcription projects simultaneously, monitoring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Communicate project scope, expectations and status updates clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
• Track progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation using SharePoint or similar document‑management tools.
• Prepare quotes and invoices using project‑management and accounting software to support revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for high‑quality language services.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a project‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint or comparable document‑management platforms.
• Experience using project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with accounting or invoicing software.
