About the role
Liza Edtech is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to build and scale its growth engine. You will shape the commercial strategy for AI‑driven pedagogical solutions across Brazil and beyond, working closely with the founding team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a sales playbook for B2B (elite schools) and B2G (education secretariats) markets.
- Structure, recruit, and lead a high‑performing sales organization including SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success.
- Drive complex, high‑value consultative sales cycles and institutional partnerships.
- Implement rigorous CRM processes to ensure revenue predictability and conduct CAC/LTV analysis.
- Collaborate directly with founders to align product roadmap with market needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in high‑growth EdTech or B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to launch sales operations from zero to scale.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian educational ecosystem (private and public).
- Fluent English for international collaboration.
- Growth mindset, startup resilience, and strong executive negotiation skills.
