Senior Account Manager – E-commerce & TikTok Shop (Brazil)

About the role

LiveLab is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead e‑commerce and TikTok Shop livestream campaigns for international brands in Brazil. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal production, advertising, and operations teams, ensuring campaigns deliver strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for international and local clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Translate client goals into clear e‑commerce and livestream campaign strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok Shop and livestream projects, managing internal teams of hosts, content creators, advertisers, and operations staff.
• Monitor campaign performance (GMV, traffic, influencer impact) and provide analysis and optimisation recommendations.
• Deliver regular updates, reports, and feedback to clients, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce shop management, digital marketing, B2B influencer or DTC environments.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian market culture and e‑commerce merchant mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively in English.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑driven attitude.
