Senior Analyst, Customer Onboarding and Partnership

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead customer onboarding and partnership initiatives in Brazil. You will support the full customer lifecycle, enabling innovative solutions such as crypto card programs, cross‑border issuance, and prepaid offerings while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer onboarding and enablement activities, ensuring alignment with Mastercard standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to guarantee smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding efforts with internal teams including Account Management, Legal, Risk, AML and other support functions.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for complex internal and external requests, driving clear execution.
• Perform operational and data analysis to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Lead key initiatives with Mastercard Global teams, ensuring consistency with global models.
• Support franchise teams in defining and evolving standards for solutions and enablement models.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and status updates on initiatives and workload.
• Contribute senior input to optimize processes, controls, and operational routines for scale.
• Proactively resolve issues with a focus on customer experience and business objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, preferably within payments or fintech.
• Proven background in customer onboarding and licensing activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data‑based improvements.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, self‑driven and business‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
