Senior Game Developer – Custom Engine (C++)

About the role

Globant is looking for a senior‑level Game Developer to design and build custom game engines using C++. The role will support our business partners in delivering innovative digital products that blend AI technology with interactive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance custom game engine components in C++.
• Integrate physics engines and optimize real‑time simulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay current with emerging game development tools and AI technologies.

Required profile

• Fluent English (upper‑intermediate level or higher).
• Proven senior‑level experience in game development.
• Strong background in C++ programming.
• Hands‑on experience with physics engines.
