Senior Global Business Integrity Counsel – LATAM

About the role

As a Senior Global Business Integrity Counsel for LATAM, you will join Docusign’s Global Business Integrity team to drive responsible growth across the region. You will act as a strategic partner to local and regional leaders, embedding compliance into everyday business decisions while leveraging emerging technology and behavioral science.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to design resilient regional expansion strategies.
• Translate complex regional requirements (trade, anti‑corruption, public sector) into proactive business actions.
• Scale the Everyday Integrity Coaches program and foster a transparent, high‑energy enablement environment.
• Support and redesign core compliance workflows such as Due Diligence, Conflict‑of‑Interest, and Export controls.
• Apply behavioral science to make ethical choices the path of least resistance for employees.
• Leverage Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, AI tools, and data analytics to modernize controls and deliver real‑time risk insights.
• Transform dense risk concepts into clear, creative assets and enablement tools for business clients.

Required profile

• Seasoned legal or compliance professional with deep knowledge of LATAM regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker who can turn complex requirements into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on making compliance intuitive and user‑friendly.
• Experience driving cultural change and scaling integrity programs.
