Senior Manager - Mining and Metals for Latin America

About the role

This senior manager role sits at the centre of delivering large‑scale transformation programmes while driving business growth across the Mining & Metals sector in Latin America. You will lead client engagements end‑to‑end, combining business development, strategic advisory and delivery leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across large‑scale transformation programmes for mining and metals clients in Latin America.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the Mining & Metals sector across the region.
• Drive business development activities, from opportunity identification to proposal development and closing consulting engagements.
• Structure project objectives, deliverables, resources and implementation plans in collaboration with consulting teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting or in‑house mining & metals environments, with a track record of selling strategic and operational services to C‑level executives.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen and ability to operate in complex, high‑impact environments.
• Demonstrated capability to lead large transformation programmes and manage multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; willingness to travel up to 50 % across Latin America.
