Senior Marketing Performance Analytics Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Marketing Performance Analytics Specialist to join its global marketing team. In this position you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver campaign performance analytics, identify trends and recommend improvements for assigned teams.
• Provide performance input for monthly business reviews, scorecards, KPI tracking and other reporting needs.
• Work with large datasets, business rules and system structures in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Integrated Marketing and cross‑functional analytics teams to define KPIs, assess performance and surface insights.
• Translate business questions and complex marketing data into clear, concise deliverables that support timely decisions.
• Support reporting consistency, process efficiency and adoption of automated reporting tools while aligning with global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed before start date.
• At least three years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis or performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing data flows across platforms and channels.
• Familiarity with modeling techniques such as attribution, marketing mix modeling and segmentation.
