Senior Project Analyst

About the role

The Senior Project Analyst will lead small to medium‑size projects for medical devices, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality specifications. You will manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate design changes, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects by reusing existing solutions when possible and managing sub‑sections of larger initiatives.
• Lead design change efforts and build influential relationships across the organization.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall product goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and understanding of systems engineering processes.
• Strong ability to plan, organize multiple work streams, and drive change initiatives.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, methodical, and committed to high quality standards.
• Fluent in English.
