Senior Property Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior property managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties. This remote position supports U.S. properties while working on U.S. time zones from the Philippines or Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices across the team.
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals and resolve escalated tenant issues.
• Manage leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating property showings, applicant screening and drafting lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations and address tenant disputes professionally.
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs, upgrades and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Oversee financial performance of properties, draft budgets, track actuals versus budget and devise strategies to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Proven experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Proficiency with AppFolio or a similar property‑management software.
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones (graveyard shift for Philippines) and start within two weeks of offer.

• Time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
