Senior Recruiter – Remote (São Paulo, Brazil)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its internal Talent Acquisition team on a global scale. Based in Brazil and working remotely, you will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and ensure a seamless experience from interview scheduling to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture talent pools across all ETM functions to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies and monitor candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, provide real‑time status updates, and support onboarding activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with strategic goals and service‑level agreements.
• Analyze requisition performance data and adjust sourcing tactics based on data‑driven insights.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven track record sourcing for sales roles and building strategic talent pipelines.
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end onboarding and providing candidate status updates.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
