Senior Sales Director – Functional Feed Additives (Global)

About the role

VEGA Group is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead the commercial development of its Functional Feed Additives (FFA) portfolio across Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Russia. The role focuses exclusively on VEGA FFA products, providing a one‑stop solution for feed and food ingredient customers in over 100 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to monitor trends, identify target clients and potential distribution partners.
• Build and manage relationships with local feed‑additive distributors, feed mills, premix companies and large‑scale farms.
• Promote VEGA’s FFA range—including CALCIDIOL, DMPT, enzymes, organic chelated minerals, butyrate series, probiotics, essential oils and rumen‑bypass amino acids.
• Collaborate with VEGA headquarters to prepare proposals, sales pitchbooks and technical solutions.
• Leverage VEGA’s global resources to help clients reduce sourcing costs, resolve supply‑chain challenges and address technical issues.
• Achieve annual sales and development targets set by the Vice President.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical background is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the feed or food industry, either in manufacturing or trading.
• Proven sales or procurement track record in the feed sector.
• Strong network with end‑users and distributors in the target regions.
• Self‑driven, proactive and eager to advance a senior career.
