Senior Sales Engineer - Video Collaboration

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in Sao Paulo to drive the growth of its Video Collaboration activity. The role provides deep technical sales knowledge to current and potential end-user customers and works closely with VARs, MSPs and alliance partners to build relationships and influence key decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive knowledge of video collaboration products through detailed demonstrations, training sessions and presentations.
• Introduce and implement new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to create tailored video collaboration solutions, integrating the necessary hardware and software.
• Support account executives and partners in pre-sales by answering technical questions and concerns.
• Lead discussions on VCaaS/cloud service interoperability and compatibility, especially with Google, Teams and Zoom.
• Develop partner engagements that drive the sale, deployment and adoption of video collaboration solutions.
• Nurture technical, sales and competitive readiness through events and industry participation.
• Achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years selling UC&C solutions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking in business, product and technical challenges.
• Proven organizational leadership and strong marketing background.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of video collaboration technologies, including hardware and software components.
• Proficiency in integrating complex solutions and understanding of IT networks and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
