Senior SAP GTS Project Lead – Global Trade

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP GTS Project Lead to join Bosch’s Foreign Trade organization in Campinas. The role bridges business trade‑compliance experts and IT teams, driving automation and optimisation of global trade processes within SAP GTS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions, focusing on Compliance Management (SPL/Legal Control) modules.
• Analyse export‑control processes, identify bottlenecks and propose system enhancements to improve trade velocity and compliance.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and coordinate with development teams.
• Own end‑to‑end testing, defect management and ensure smooth deployment from migration to go‑live and stabilisation.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and drive continuous process improvements during hyper‑care.

Required profile

• Hands‑on functional experience with SAP GTS, especially Compliance Management modules.
• Strong understanding of export‑control regulations (EU, US, BAFA) and foreign‑trade principles.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
