Senior Solution Architect - LATAM

About the role

adjoe, a mobile advertising company backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann, is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to support its most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the technical lead for top-tier partners, you will bridge the gap between the technology team in Germany and the partner's vision, collaborating with senior product and engineering colleagues and having direct access to the cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, helping co-create new products and validating technical solutions before production.
• Support the joint technical roadmap, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
• Lead root-cause analysis of integration blockers and solve them proactively.
• Use SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize data, turning it into technical narratives for partners.
• Translate partner feedback into technical requirements for the Product teams.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, supporting executive-level discussions and managing escalations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture).
• Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Proven experience managing key enterprise accounts and advising senior client contacts.
• Comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with product owners and debugging HTML/JavaScript.
• Nice to have: software development experience.

Required skills

• SQL and data visualization (Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, Kibana)
• Mobile and app native: familiarity with Java or SDK integration debugging is a huge plus
