Senior Tax Analyst – ICMS & IPI

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its finance team in Sao Bernardo do Campo. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate tax calculations, compliance, and reporting for ICMS, ICMS-ST, and IPI, supporting the company’s growth in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and remit ICMS, ICMS-ST, and IPI taxes in line with current legislation.
• Prepare and submit ancillary obligations such as SPED Fiscal, GIA‑SP, GIA‑ST, and PERDCOMP.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing invoices to verify correct tax treatment.
• Support tax audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and update internal processes accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of ICMS and IPI legislation, including internal and interstate operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work under high demand.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with the Guepardo tax system.
