SEO Manager – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a senior SEO Manager to lead end‑to‑end optimisation for service‑based and healthcare clients. The role is fully remote, based in Brazil, and reports to a partner company that manages applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously optimise SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Own SEO performance across all client accounts, using data and analytics to identify opportunities and adjust tactics.
• Execute Local SEO, on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives for multiple portfolios.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content strategy, site audits and link‑building planning.
• Align SEO activities with broader marketing and business objectives to ensure measurable ROI.
• Manage and improve SEO workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Test and validate new SEO tactics, iterating based on performance data.

Required profile

• 6+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or manager role.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts in an agency or digital‑marketing environment.
• Experience with service‑area businesses, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
