Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. You will work from a home base, traveling to customer sites in the Jundiai region to service Husky hot runners and controllers. This role combines technical expertise with strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, assemble and troubleshoot Husky hot runners and controllers at customer facilities.
• Provide observations, feedback and measurement data to factory support for resolution and warranty actions.
• Collaborate with the factory‑based customer support team and respond to customer calls when not on‑site.
• Travel within the assigned region using a company vehicle, maintaining a satisfactory driver record.

Required profile

• Experience with hot runners and controllers in the injection molding industry.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to work independently from a home base and travel to client locations.
