Social Associate

About the role

The Social Associate will act as the voice of our client brands across multiple social platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening audience relationships. Working within a collaborative digital agency, you will help drive engagement and deliver insights that support broader social media strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, reviews and community interactions promptly and in line with brand tone.
• Identify opportunities for conversation, increase engagement, and surface audience insights.
• Use social listening tools to track brand, competitor and industry conversations, as well as emerging trends.
• Support influencer and creator initiatives by identifying relevant creators and monitoring reactions.
• Escalate sensitive customer service or reputation issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters and content creators to provide audience‑driven recommendations.
• Track and report on community growth, engagement trends, sentiment and audience behavior.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple community interactions simultaneously.

Required skills
