About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Ads Manager to lead our paid social initiatives on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The role is fully remote and supports our clients by driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions through expertly crafted ad campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop paid social strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Set up, launch and manage campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Allocate budgets strategically across channels to maximize ROI.
- Create visually compelling ad creatives, including images, videos and carousel formats.
- Write persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy and targeting to identify optimal combinations.
- Monitor performance in real time and adjust campaigns to improve results.
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and inform future strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency with social advertising platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
- Willingness to work U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.
