Social Media Manager – Instagram (São Paulo & NYC)

About the role

Host Hospitality is looking for a Social Media Manager to own Instagram growth for several premium New York hospitality brands while based in São Paulo. You will work directly with the Co‑founder and CCO, translating creative briefs into data‑driven strategies that keep the brands’ feeds cohesive and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Build a monthly Instagram strategy for each client based on the creative brief.
• Develop and manage a full‑month content calendar for every account.
• Write captions in each brand’s distinct tone, ensuring platform‑native copy.
• Schedule and publish content without gaps or missed days.
• Curate and present content inspirations for monthly strategy submissions.
• Deliver a monthly growth report covering KPIs, performance insights, and recommendations.
• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth across all accounts and surface data‑informed recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience managing Instagram for a brand or agency.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) with the ability to work on NYC Eastern Time.
• Based in São Paulo and available for 1‑2 in‑person meetings per week (hybrid).
• Comfortable handling multiple premium hospitality brands simultaneously.
