About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the organic social presence of two brands within a fast‑moving investment and coaching ecosystem. Based in Brazil, you will shape strategy, create platform‑native content and grow engaged communities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute end‑to‑end organic social media strategy for multiple brands.
Produce short‑form video, posts and live‑event coverage that align with creative direction.
Manage community interactions, foster engagement and respond to audience feedback.
Monitor performance metrics and iterate content to maximise reach and growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Required profile

Proven experience in fast‑paced content creation and community management.
Ability to work quickly, iterate constantly and maintain a strong execution rhythm.
Passion for digital audiences and modern social platforms.
