Software Engineer, RCM

About the role

Commure is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product team. You will help scale and maintain the platform that powers practice operations for thousands of healthcare providers, delivering end‑to‑end features that improve revenue and workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features for the Insights product, covering both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment to deliver high‑quality releases daily.
• Maintain and improve the website and service infrastructure to support rapid growth of practice customers.
• Implement and monitor cloud‑native solutions using GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of production software engineering experience.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack, from UI to server‑side logic.
• Strong product mindset with a “can‑do” attitude toward building and iterating quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
