Software Engineer – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Commure is building an AI‑driven operating system for healthcare. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product team is looking for a Software Engineer to help scale and maintain the platform that powers practice operations across thousands of clinics in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features that improve practice revenue workflows.
• Own both frontend and backend components, working with React/React Native and Python/Flask services.
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams in a fast‑paced, daily‑deployment environment.
• Maintain and optimise cloud infrastructure on GCP, using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability of customer‑facing features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of production‑grade software engineering experience.
• Comfortable delivering full‑stack solutions from concept to production.
• Strong product mindset and ability to identify process improvements.
• Excellent command of English for clear communication.
