Software Engineer – Women in Tech (Brazil)

About the role

Google is seeking experienced software engineers who identify as female to join its engineering teams in Brazil. You will work on high‑impact projects that power billions of users worldwide, with the flexibility to move between teams as the business evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Design, develop, test, and launch software products at massive scale.
• Collaborate across disciplines such as AI, security, networking, and UI design.
• Contribute to full‑stack solutions and help shape architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
• Minimum 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Self‑identify as female and submit a resume in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in programming languages (any mainstream language).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with software testing methodologies.
• Ability to design and architect software systems.
