Solutions Consultant Internship (Hybrid)

About the role

Join DocuSign’s premier go‑to‑market talent accelerator as a Solutions Consultant Intern. Over a 24‑month hybrid program you will rotate through Finance, Sales, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success in LATAM, gaining a holistic view of the customer journey and building a strong cross‑functional network.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotation milestones and deliver a high‑impact final project with a leadership presentation.
• Analyze churn and down‑sell patterns by segment and product to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor account health and pipeline quality, tracking renewal dates, risks and sales loss patterns.
• Update weekly Billing and Revenue dashboards in Salesforce.
• Maintain accounts receivable aging and perform basic internal follow‑up.
• Execute demand‑generation and outreach campaigns, including lead list building and strategy execution.
• Prepare and organize standard demos and internal communication materials to bridge technical and sales teams.
• Coordinate internal communication strategies such as newsletters and Slack engagement to ensure team consistency.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business, Economics, Engineering or related field) with expected graduation in September 2028.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, cross‑functional approach.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
