Sr. Architect ServiceNow Agentic AI

About the role

Rimini Street is seeking a Sr. Architect ServiceNow Agentic AI and ERP, based in Brazil, to support clients across LATAM. Reporting to the VP, Innovation Solution Delivery, the role is a hands-on, client-embedded delivery position that combines agentic AI engineering, deep ServiceNow expertise and enterprise ERP process experience. The engineer works directly with clients to turn ambiguous business problems into production solutions, remotely with onsite visits as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with client teams, map current-state processes and design improved end-to-end experiences across procurement, finance, order-to-cash, supply chain, customer service and employee operations.
• Design ServiceNow-led target architectures where ServiceNow acts as the engagement, workflow and orchestration layer over systems of record such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite and JD Edwards.
• Build production solutions hands-on using ServiceNow capabilities such as scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, APIs and data models.
• Implement and operationalize AI Control Tower, including AI asset discovery, inventory, lifecycle governance, risk and compliance, security and runtime observation.
• Configure AI Control Tower integrations across AI systems, models, agents, prompts, datasets, MCP servers, identities and applications.
• Design and implement ERP integration solutions using Zero Copy Connector for ERP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, BAPI, OData, IDoc and middleware patterns.
• Configure and extend Now Assist, ServiceNow Otto, AI Agents and agentic workflows, including grounding sources, AI Search, agent tools, workflow triggers, approvals and user-facing experiences.
• Assess client environments for products, plugins, releases, roles, data readiness, integrations, regional availability and licensing before committing to a target architecture.
• Write production-grade code and configuration, follow CI/CD and release governance, and implement enterprise-safe agent actions with permission scoping, approval gates and audit trails.
• Create evaluation suites and observability for hallucinations, grounding gaps, regressions, latency, errors and adoption issues.
• Work with client security, architecture, data and ERP teams, stay accountable through testing and cutover, then hand over with documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer.
• Act as an escalation resource after handover and convert field learning into reusable accelerators and reference architectures.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional engineering or enterprise platform delivery experience, with significant hands-on production delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture, engineering and implementation experience, including production configuration, development, integration and release outcomes.
• Demonstrated implementation experience with at least two of: AI Control Tower, Now Assist, ServiceNow Otto, AI Agents, App Engine, IntegrationHub, Zero Copy Connector for ERP, AI Search, UI Builder, Service Portal, Integrated Risk Management or Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with at least one major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite or JD Edwards.
• Recent applied AI or agentic AI experience.
