Strategic Account Executive – LATAM

About the role

Chainalysis is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across the LATAM region. Based in Sao Paulo, you will help crypto‑native organizations and large enterprises adopt blockchain technologies securely and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed quota and expand Chainalysis’ footprint in LATAM enterprise and crypto‑native markets through aggressive prospecting and pipeline development.
• Create and execute sophisticated go‑to‑market plans for the territory, delivering predictable quarterly forecasts.
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, building trust with CXOs and founders.
• Provide market intelligence on DeFi, Web3, and regional enterprise adoption trends.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing to advise prospects on technical concepts and roadmaps.
• Maintain a diverse pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using enterprise sales methodologies.
• Travel up to 50 % of the time across LATAM.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape and ability to operate across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling complex software to large enterprises or high‑growth tech firms.
• Strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey blockchain and technical concepts to CXO audiences.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, Web3, and blockchain disruption.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced startup environment and willingness to travel throughout LATAM.
