Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Check Point is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and retain large‑scale cable and telecom customers. The role focuses on managing existing strategic accounts in Brazil while expanding the footprint through new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow several global cable and telecom accounts, delivering bookings and revenue targets.
• Prospect and respond to RFPs targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
• Maintain end‑to‑end sales processes, reporting, and analytics using company tools.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑sale activities for the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) business.
• Operate within a channel‑driven sales model, acting as the single point of contact for partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with field teams to close partner‑driven deals and engage C‑level stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of account management experience in telecom, cable or wireless sales.
• Established network of relationships within the telecom and cable industry.
• Proven ability to sell security and network/IP solutions to senior technical and business leaders.
• Strong self‑starter, high energy, and comfortable with frequent travel (day‑to‑day and overnight).
• Eligibility to work in Brazil without employer sponsorship.
