Structural Engineer

About the role

Join an internationally operating team of innovators as a Structural Engineer. You will work on a variety of service projects, delivering high‑quality engineering solutions while supporting production, commissioning, testing and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update engineering deliverables such as design reports, structural calculations, and technical specifications.
• Support the execution of service projects, including production, commissioning, testing and field engineering.
• Provide technical advice to internal and external clients.
• Monitor, manage and report on scope, quality, budget and lead‑time of projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products, services and processes.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously on short‑term engineering tasks.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and focus on satisfaction.
• Flexibility to handle a high variety of jobs and priorities.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills, capable of gathering and organizing information.
• Quality‑oriented with responsibility for compliance and improvement proposals.
• Result‑driven, meeting goals within quality, budget and schedule constraints.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with finite element analysis software, preferably Ansys (APDL and/or Workbench).
• Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably AutoCAD and Inventor.
