Supply Planning Manager – Beauty & Wellbeing (Brazil)

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Supply Planning Manager for its Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio in Brazil. The role ensures flawless service to customers by creating and executing supply plans, solving short‑ and mid‑term challenges, and driving continuous improvement through digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while managing exceptions to mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback to Demand Planners on risks and opportunities.
• Lead a team responsible for MPS, MRP, line scheduling, third‑party manufacturer planning and DRP.
• Conduct Demand‑Supply Review meetings and monitor waste prevention across finished goods, packaging and raw materials.
• Manage crises such as product availability, quality or microbiological issues.
• Inform Demand Planning of stock unavailability and define inventory and distribution policy guidelines.
• Partner with the innovation planning team to support phase‑in/phase‑out, portfolio changes and RPM balancing.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Logistics Operations Planning and Distribution Center teams, and resolve issues with Customer Excellence during monthly plan execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong mastery of planning tools (MPS, MRP, line scheduling, DRP).
• Proven experience in inventory management and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle scenario‑ and exception‑based planning.
• Digital mindset with comfort using advanced planning software.
